What a great turnout last week!

We love having the market back under the pavilion, and I guess you do too!  It was wonderful to see so many returning customers, hear how eager you are for the upcoming season and even see lots of new faces.

So, thank you and here's to several more months of great eating and great company!

We're back… every Saturday… with longer hours (8:30am-12:30pm) and we are looking forward to another great summer season!

This Saturday:

  • Fisher Hill Farm has strawberries, rhubarb, head lettuces, radishes, green garlic, garlic scapes, potatoes, and onions.  From the 'other side' of the farm we'll have chicken, free-range eggs and assorted Red Jacket juices.

  • Bedient Farms will continue to have a steady supply of Beef, Pork, Chicken and Lamb!  Are you having a party, picnic or barbeque?  Let us supply the meat!  We have ground beef patties, pork and lamb sausage, half chickens, roasts for BBQ beef and pork…order ahead for larger quantities.  See you at the market!

  • This week Lakestone Family Farm will have fresh certified organic chicken pieces including boneless breast, split breast, tenders, thigh quarters, thighs, drumsticks, wings, livers, feet, hearts, necks, and soup bones in addition to our whole fresh organic birds and eggs. For vegetables we have curly kale, Tuscan kale, rainbow chard, hakurei turnips, mini jewels lettuce bouquets, romaine lettuce and snow peas.

  • Rise and Shine Bread will have English Muffin Bread, Asiago Ciabatta, Rosemary Fococcia, Wheat, Rye, Pumpernickel, Raisin and brownies

  • Newbury Park Pastries will have chicken, panang, shepherds, pulled pork & panang pot pies.

  • Sacheli's will have their full line of sauces and spreads.  The food truck will not be there again this week as it will be making the bbq for Sacheli's Blues and BBQ at the farm Saturday evening from 5-9 pm. Stop by the booth and purchase advance sale tickets– save money! We will have a small supply of Dahli Java Sumatran Coffee for early birds.

  • Many jams and jellies being made every day by Noreen at Nordic Farm. Tri-Berry Jam is the jam of the week. Dill Relish and Chunky Applesauce will also be available.

  • Good Life Tea joins us with hot & iced tea along with premium loose leaf teas for you to brew at home!

  • Riedman Happy Hives will be at the market with 1 and 2 lb glass jars of raw honey. It was great seeing all our "sweet" customers last week – can't wait to see a few more of you this week!

  • Amber Reifsteck will have mixed flower bouquets. Still not many yet, but more than last week.

This week Maggie's Mustard and Gottslond Farm/Spotted Duck creamery will miss the market due to other commitments. K & S Bischoping will join in July when their first peaches are ready.  We have a few new vendors, come meet some great new small businesses and catch up with your old favorites!

Thank you for your support of local farmers and small scale food processors!

Remember that the Northbound lane of Mill Street is closed to traffic during the market.
Barricades will be in place and we ask that you not drive around them to get into the parking lot on the corner of Mill & Beeman.  Lafayette Street is open in both directions and the parking lot at the north end of the pavilion does exit onto Mill Street if you prefer to park on that side of the pavilion.

Also, in an effort to help both drivers and pedestrians we ask that you use the north and south entrances to the pavilion as well as the crosswalk in the middle of the market pavilion to enter & exit the market.
