This Saturday:                  

• *new vendor* Buzz’s Garden will be offering: Spinach, micro greens, lettuce baskets, butterhead lettuce, salad mix, arugula, kohlrabi, radishes, salad turnips, and fennel. Potted vegetable and herb plants: basil, cilantro, parsley, sage, thyme, oregano, dill, chives, zucchini, cucumbers, kale, swiss chard, lettuce, and scallions.

 

• Rise and Shine Bread will have Engish Muffin bread, Asiago Ciabatta, Focaccia, Honey Wheat, Raisin, Beer bread and sweet breads

 

• Maggie’s Mustard Seed ‘n More are thankful to be back at the CFM this year to see our faithful customers as well as to meet new ones. We have over 20 specialty mustards to sample, some extremely hot and a lot of them no so hot. We do have a new mustard to introduce, Dillyishous. It is a delicious dill mustard for you to taste. Please stop by our booth for free samples.

• Fisher Hill Farm will have asparagus, rhubarb, green garlic, bok choy, sweet salad turnips.  Beets, carrots, onions, potatoes and kohlrabi too.  FRESH whole chickens, FRESH whole duck, free-range eggs and Red Jacket juices also available. 

 

• K&S Bischoping will have several varieties of very tasty, crunchy apples!

 

• *new vendor* Shtayburne Farm will be selling Cheese Curds, Butter Garlic Cheese, Extra Sharp Cheddar, Garlic Cheddar, Smoked Cheddar, Horseradish Cheddar, Feta Goat cheese, Italian Herb Goat cheese, Rosemary Garlic goat cheese, Cinnamon cranberry goat cheese, Plain goat cheese

 

• Seneca Vegetables will have assorted herb plants, vegetable plants, mixed coleus, lantana, gerbera daisies, geraniums, and petunia hanging baskets.  There may be lupine bouquets as well.

     

• Amber Reifsteck will have a few flower bouquets. The cold, wet weather isn’t helping the flowers out any, but should be some lupines and iris showing up in this weekend’s bouquets.

 

• *new vendor* Meant to be Meadows will have whole and half organic fed pasture raised chicken. Will will also be taking orders for our summer Berkshire pork packages that will be ready for pick up in two weeks. We will be taking reservations for our fresh thanksgiving turkeys and Christmas geese.

 

• *new vendor* Renshaw & Daughters Family Farm will have Cheddar shortbread, Cream Crackers, and Classic Madeleines

 

• Tripleberry Farm will be bringing a large selection of our fresh made Pesticide-Free traditional and reduced sugar jams. We will have berry jams as well as grape and plum this week. I will also have a large selection of our moisturizing goat milk soaps. We have some new scents this summer along with old favorites. I will have unscented soaps as well.

   
In addition to those listed above we also welcome back F. Olivers Oil & Vinegars, Lakestone Family Farm, Kitchen Blessings, Howell Farms, Good Life Tea, Riedman’s Happy Hives, Jane’s Dog Treats, Marlee’s Soaps, Stoney Acres Farm and Bedient Farms. (Fresh Ayr Farm later in the season as well.)

Other new vendors for this season include Whole Hearted Foods Seed Snacks & Oils, The Dalai Java, Twisted Rail and Peacemaker Breweries and Ox Creek.
