Hello friends! This week at the market we will have pork lard, free range chicken eggs free range duck eggs,  smoked dog bones, pork liver, pork heart, pork kidney, fresh hams steaks, pork chops, ribs, breakfast sausage, mild Italian sausage and pork fat.

Kitchen Blessings Baking will several of your favorites.
Along with the regular cookies we will have Springtime Sugar Cutouts, Coconut Macaroons, Fruits of the forest Pie, Red Raspberry Scones, and Fresh Cinnamon Rolls.


Elsewhere Farms will be at the market with blueberry bushes (5 varieties from early to late season), elderberry cuttings, walking onions, mullein starts, stinging nettle, comfrey, horseradish, Solomon’s Seal and a few other plants.  Soaps, salves and balms are being worked on for markets in the near future, along with bug spray to deal with those unwanted flying friends coming our way when we start heating up!  


Clearview Farm will have Grass grown and finished Angus beef still at last fall’s prices, dry beans, dried catnip, possibly ramps if Mother Nature permits


Carney Agri Farm will have Fresh Microgreens and Pure Maple Syrup.


Ms. Linzy’s Mac-n-cheese will have “Hot and Ready” small batches of Original, Mommy’s Mix (4 cheese) with bacon, Pulled pork and/ or Buffalo Chicken/ Philly Cheesesteak. I will also have cookie topped brownies and will bring two 1/2 pans( one of each flavor) that I might add to my market rotation. I will also bring a variety of “ Freezer Friends”, merchandise and gift certificates.
I will not be there on May 7th, because I have a food truck rodeo in Lyons. I plan to return for the last Winter Market, on the 21st.


Riedman Happy Hives will have raw local honey in the usual 1 and 2 lb glass jars (Spring and Fall varieties).   Buzz on by our table and say hi!
