This Saturday:
Kitchen Blessings Baking will have Blueberry, Red Raspberry, Cherry, and Classic Peach pies.
All of these fruits are fresh and right in season.
Gluten free treats will be flourless PB Chocolate chip cookies & the Dark Chocolate Brownie.
The “special” items will be Lemon Bread Loaves and Blueberry Swirl Rolls
The NEW jam flavors this week will be Gooseberry & Fresh Peach.

Simple Syrup – put into cakes, cookies – Frosting – pudding. Add to tea, coffee, smoothies! Ideas are endless, what will you make?
Simple syrup- Equal parts sugar & water. Combine and bring to heavy simmer. Take off heat and steep 10 minutes. Use a mesh strainer and pour liquid into a vessel of your choice to sift debris. Let cool cover and store in the fridge for 2 weeks.

The Woodland Elf will have a few mixed bouquets and LOTS of sunflowers this weekend! 🌻🌻🌻
Elsewhere Farms will have our handcrafted all natural soaps and skincare products, including a new Tangerine Tea Tree soap and a Dog Wash Soap! We have a special for the 20th anniversary: a $20 gift box with several of our products. We have 10 varieties of soap, several kinds of herbal-infused salves, body butters and balms, bug spray and lip balm.

Recipe of the Week: Grab some zucchini from Seneca Vegetables and give this yummy casserole a whirl.
Zucchini Onion Casserole
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
3 eggs,
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese,
1/2 cup canola oil,
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley,
1 garlic clove, minced,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
1/8 teaspoon pepper,
3 cups shredded zucchini,
1 cup biscuit/ baking mix,
1 small onion chopped.
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients. Stir in zucchini, baking mix and onion. Pour into a greased deep 9 inch pie plate or casserole dish, Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
