Hop on down to the market this Saturday to find what you need for your Easter brunch.
Here’s a sneak peek of vendor offerings for this Saturday:
- Clearview Farm will have certified organic ramps. (wild leeks), dried dill, basil (lemon and holy-tulsi tea), and spearmint; truly free-range eggs; organically-fed 100% grass-grown Angus beef in a variety of cuts (steaks, roasts, burger, liver, and more); organic buckwheat; and Genesee Valley Bean certified organic dry cannellini, black and pinto beans.
- Rise and Shine Bread will have English Muffin Bread, Asiago Ciabatta, Focaccia, Multigrain bread, Beer bread and Raisin.
- Kitchen Blessings will be at market. We’ll have some special items like Cinnamon Rolls in pans of 1/2 dozen for your Easter breakfast/ brunch. We’ll also have mini breads and Fresh Strawberry Scones.
There will be 6″ Rhubarb and 6″ Red Raspberry pies.
As always, we have several jam and jelly varieties including new batches of Strawberry Jam & Sweet Cherry Jam.
And don’t forget we have Farm Fresh brown eggs.
- Ox Creek will have many cuts of pork and lamb on hand as well as whole chicken, honey, chicken and duck eggs, as well as our wool products.
- Bristol Mushrooms will have Lion’s Mane fresh picked and dried. Don’t forget to try our Brain booster Lion’s Mane Coffee or Powder, a smart start to your day!
- My Little Farm will have:
