We’re going to make it through this cold snap and celebrate at the Winter Market on Saturday with possible rain showers!  You might not love the local weather but we know you LOVE the LOCAL MARKET!

• Bedient Farms will see you at the Christmas Market Saturday!  Please order ahead since it will be busy or bad weather, or both.  Don’t forget to check out our Gift Packages or to purchase a gift card for someone you love!  Also please contact me to confirm any special orders you had for the holiday prime ribs, tenderloins or hams.
• Rise and Shine Bread will have English Muffin bread, Asiago Ciabatta, Focaccia and Honey Wheat.
• Wohlschlegel’s Naples Maple Farm has Maple Cotton Candy! Pure NYS Maple Syrup in *Golden* *Amber* *Dark*  *Very Dark* flavors. Fancy Holiday Glass.
  Maple Cream Spread, Granulated Maple Sugar, Maple Garlic Rub. Maple Coffee, Maple Tea. Wheat Free Oatmeal-Maple Dog Treats. Soft & Hard Sugar Shapes, Maple Granola. Body Care Products: Maple – Vanilla: Soap, Lotion, Lip Balm.
• Riedman Happy Hives will be buzzing at the holiday market with our sweet unpasteurized local honey in a variety of glass jar sizes.  We will have a  limited quantity of honey in specialty jars – perfect to give as a holiday hostess gift or to anyone on your list that enjoys sweet natural honey.
• Kitchen Blessings will see everyone this Sat. with FRESH BAKED Christmas cookies, gingerbread cookies, and other delicacies. We’ll have different shortbreads and fancy cookies. There will be a few trays for giving as well. 
  We’ll also have Rum Balls, Peanut Butter Balls, and delicious Homemade Fudge.
• Amber Reifsteck will have Christmas greenery swags and baskets, stew starters, halved squash, and Star Wars soaps.
• Lakestone Family Farm will be bringing potatoes, baby kale, cabbage, winter squash, garlic, Christmas wreaths, whole chickens and chicken pieces and eggs.
• Fisher Hill Farm will have a wide variety of produce including Asian greens and salad mix from the high tunnel. Carrots, parsnips, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, chard, potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions and more.  Several winter squash varieties along with free range eggs, chicken and Red Jacket juices.
• Clearview Farm is bringing (weather permitting harvest) certified organic kale (lacinato, red Russian, and Vates curly) including a free recipe with any kale purchase, plus baby turnip greens, arugula, baby bok choi, eschallions, Blush onions, leeks, truly free-range eggs, frozen stewing hens, and our own frozen organically 100% grass-grown Black Angus steaks, roasts, ground beef, and variety meats.
