Stoney Acres will be having salad mix,swiss chard, curly kale and some head lettuce! Also pasture raised chicken and pork and eggs!

CDGA Coffee will be welcoming back the nice weather this Saturday with its full line-up of fresh, locally roasted coffees including:

Kitchen Blessings Baking will usher in  rhubarb season  this week with Rhubarb/ Raspberry filled cookies, and fresh Rhubarb pie & Strawberry-Rhubarb pie ( 6″ size).
There’ll also be several varieties of other cookies along with  Frosted  Cinnamon Pull- Apart Bread.
The scones this week will be Blueberry 🫐
Delicious jams & jellies are available with a fresh batch this week of Summer Medley Jam.

Seneca Vegetables will be back at the market this weekend with potted flowers (pansies, coleus, sunflowers), and possibly more.  Just in time for Mother’s Day.

Edler Acres has restocked their lamb freezer. We will have some goat meat and many dozens of chicken eggs.

Clearview Farm will have grass grown and finished bulk ground beef and patties; tenderloin, top round, skirt and sirloin steaks; chuck roast, pot roast, stew beef, soup bones and broth bones; dry beans (pinto, black, red kidney, cranberry, three bean blend, lentils, small red beans), fresh nettles, possibly some ramps

Carney Agri Farm will have a variety of Fresh Microgreens.  We will have Pure Maple Syrup, Maple Cream, Maple Soft Candy, Maple Sugar, Maple Cotton Candy and Maple Popcorn.

Bristol Hills Lavender is great full for Spring flowers and we will have the following:
Mixed tulip and daffodil bouquets
Lavender salve
Lavender candles
Peony candles
Peony plants

Hunt Heritage Farm will have eggs and whole heritage chickens as well as a variety of pasture-raised pork cuts including bacon, breakfast sausage, mild Italian sausage, shoulder steaks, and fresh ham steaks.
We also have freshly rendered pork lard available. This is a great high-temp cooking oil that is a safe and healthy alternative to hydrogenated seed oils like vegetable and canola oils.
Our heritage breed pigs are raised on pasture and a 100% GMO free diet that includes nuts, spent brewery grain, and produce scraps from our fields. No corn or soy ever.

The Fairville Baker is bringing Classic Artisan, Country Rye, Super Seeded, and Jalapeno Cheddar Sourdough loaves along with Cranberry Orange and Cinnamon Mini Babkas.
