At The Market

It’s our last “winter” market! Join us one more time in the Antis Street lot this Saturday. And then in two weeks, we move back to the pavilion for the opening of summer market on June 3rd!  

Here’s a sneak peek of vendor offerings for this Saturday:

Ms. Linzy’s Mac-n-cheese will have Freezer friends, Cookie Topped Brownies( Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter) and merchandise!

We have begun fruiting of the mushroom logs and hope to start selling Fresh Whole Shiitake Mushrooms at the Summer Market opening day, June 3.  

CDGA Coffee will ring out the last winter market this Saturday with its full line-up of fresh, locally roasted coffees including:

Riedman Happy Hives will BEE at market!!! We will have spring and fall honey!!!  We will have our Sunkissed variety at market under the pavilion as long as the sun keeps shining☀️☀️🐝🐝 Buzz on by on Sat and say hi!

Kitchen Blessings Baking will have assorted cookies including Chocolate Dusters,  Coconut Macaroons, and Rhubarb filled cookies.
We’ll also have scones, Rhubarb pies & Red Raspberry pies.
Jams & Jellies will be available as well.

Edler Acres will be there with our fully stocked lamb including racks of lamb, goat meat and many dozens of eggs.  Possibly some ranuculus bouquets if they are still blooming for our last winter market.

Andy’s Specialty Produce will have salad mix, carrots, pea shoots, potatoes, radishes, bok choy, and turnips.

Seneca Vegetables: Transform your house and garden into a beautiful canvas of color. Visit the Seneca Vegetable stand and pick out just the right flowers, decorative pots, coleus and hanging baskets for your location. A few herbs will also be available for those with culinary talents. See you on Saturday.

The Fairville Baker is bringing Classic Artisan, Country Rye, Super Seeded, Jalapeno Cheddar and Cranberry Walnut Sourdough loaves along with Dark Chocolate and Cinnamon Mini Babkas.

Hunt Heritage Farm will have eggs, whole heritage chickens, and chicken breasts and thighs. We will also have our usual variety of pasture-raised pork cuts including bacon, breakfast sausage, mild Italian sausage, shoulder steaks, fresh ham steaks, and organ meats.

We also have freshly rendered pork lard available. This is a great high-temp cooking oil that is a safe and healthy alternative to hydrogenated seed oils like vegetable and canola oils.

Our heritage breed pigs are raised on pasture and a 100% GMO free diet that includes nuts, spent brewery grain, and produce scraps from our fields. No corn or soy ever.
