At The Market

School may be in session but it’s still summer at the market!
(And if summer is over in your book we’ve got tastes of fall too!)

This Saturday:

Hunt Heritage Farm will have eggs, kale, Swiss chard, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, ground cherries, and pasture-raised pork.
Pork cuts include bacon, jowl bacon, breakfast sausage, mild Italian sausage, shoulder steaks, pork chops, and organ meats.
We also have freshly rendered pork lard available. This is a great high-temp cooking oil that is a safe and healthy alternative to hydrogenated seed oils like vegetable and canola oils.

FLX Popcorn will have;
Salted Caramel Corn
Reese’s PB Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn with cashews
Dill Pickle Popcorn

Ms. Linzy’s Mac-N-Cheese will have OG, Monterey Bergenost and Bacon, Gouda Gruyere, Buffalo Chicken, Pulled Pork, Philly Cheesesteak and Gouda Ham “Hot and Ready” Singles, Cookie Topped Brownies, “Freezer Friends” and Merchandise. Because it’s fall festival season, the next time I will be at the market is October 7th. I hope to debut a new flavor on that day:) See you on Saturday!
